Registration is one of the biggest hassles for sports events in general, and thus for football as well. Our registration process is simple and works on every device. With upload options for a profile picture, media card or identification documents like passports. Also users will be able to apply for accreditation for specific events in the registration process. Registration is a 2-step process. After users have submit their registration, media organisation can approve or reject those applications. Users will receive an automated confirmation e-mail with the status of their registration. If the registration is approved users are able to login and apply for accreditation of events.
The registration of users is one of the essential parts of the Media Channel. Only people with the right credentials are allowed to access the events. So before getting access the registration page will ask for the upload of a valid Media Card like an AIPS Card and to upload a profile picture. The media channel officers are able to verify pending registrations. On the registration page new registrants will be able to apply immediately for events and some events require strict identification. Also the fields role and organisation can be made mandatory.

In the back-end media officers are able to fast view pending registrations and approve them so that applicants can login and apply for accreditation. For the media officers this process is very important. In a short period all the applications has to be processed. The dashboard provides quick insights in pending users and applications.
