Most football organisations have multiple events throughout the year. Approved users will be able to apply for events. If there are events that require additional identification, users can fill out these details in a secure way along their accreditation application. Identification documents are stored separately, such that the user can reuse these documents for multiple accreditations.
There are roles defined, for the registration of the Media Channel and accreditation of events. On the registration page users are able to select a role. This role is not necessarily the same role as the one selected in the accreditation. That way users will be able to select a different role for the accreditation per event.
Media organisations are able to configure a multitude of settings for every event, e.g. to enable identification, set event start and end date. Accreditation phase has a startdate, start time and enddate. That way media organisations can set a deadline for the users and process the pending registrations. In the admin part of the media channel media officers can export users and accreditations in CSV and MS Excel format.
Mail notifications are automatically triggered. For example, if new users get approved or rejected. Users will be able to login and apply for accreditation immediately.
